JACKERRY DIGS consists of various size Apartments & Houses ranging from Studios to 4 Bedroom Houses.

Properties can be rented as a whole or as a bedroom in a shared apartment/house. Some bedrooms may also be shared under prior agreement.

All properties are fully furnished, however students may choose/prefer to re-furnish. This is permitted with prior consent by the owner. The cost & storage of furnishings being replaced is at the tenants cost. Our apartments on Main Road do not have parking due to the convenient location of all amenities, however, the flats and houses away from the Main Road do have parking available.

• Bedroom: Bed – side table – desk – chair – built in cupboards & shelves.
• Bathroom: Basin – shelf – toilet.
• Lounge/Dining: Couches/chairs – coffee table – side tables – dining room table/chairs.
• Kitchen: Cooker – microwave – fridge – kettle – toaster – crockery – cutlery.
• All our properties are burglar barred & security gated.
• All have pre-paid electricity meters installed.
• All our apartments are non-smoking units.
• Most of our apartments have WIFI installed.
• Some of our properties have balconies, views of Table Mountain and recreational spaces.
• Our newly built 8 studio apartments are fully furnished. There are four en suite bedrooms on each of the 2 floors. Each bedroom has a small kitchenette. The bedrooms on each floor open onto a shared lounge, dining room and kitchen.
