To apply for accommodation the following info is required:

  • Completed application form
  • Reservation Fee
  • Copy of Master Lessee ID
  • Master Lessee Contact information (email address & cell phone number)
  • Employment reference/Proof of income
  • 3 Months bank statements
  • Proof of Study
  • Previous Landlord references
Please complete the application form below. Once your application has been processed, you will be notified. You will be required to furnish us with a non-refundable commitment/reservation fee of R1000.00. Thereafter a formal lease & various required documents need to be completed and presented. Once all documents have been verified and scrutinized, a final decision will then be made.
